Our Acrobatics classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment. Classes are offered by level, ensuring each student is placed where they can progress safely and successfully at their own pace.

With a coach who is dedicated to proper technique and safety, dancers learn strong foundational skills that support the development of more advanced tricks over time. We focus on correct alignment, control, and strength—because great tricks start with a solid foundation.

From beginners learning their first balances and rolls to more advanced students working on new skills, acrobatics is both challenging and fun. These high-energy classes help students build body awareness, coordination, and confidence while celebrating every achievement along the way.

Acrobatics classes are offered on Saturdays, making them a perfect addition to your dancer’s weekly training.
